- Oil tank

Safety protection measures for anti-theft door embossing hydraulic press equipment
(1) Stationary and emergency stop buttons:
When an abnormality occurs, press the “Static” button, and all the work of the anti-theft door embossing hydraulic press will stop. Press the “Emergency Stop” button, including the motor.
(2) Two-hand operation button:
The downlink synchronization time limit of both hands is 0.5~1S.
(3) Slider locking device:
When the main slider of the anti-theft door embossing hydraulic machine is in the upper position, press the lock button to automatically lock the main slider. When the main slider is not in the upper position, press the lock button, and the slider will rise to the upper position first, and then lock automatically. (5) Liquid level alarm:
The oil tank of the explosion-proof door facade/door panel embossing machine is equipped with a liquid-level alarm device. The liquid level alarm is divided into two situations: super-normal working liquid level and low liquid level; In the super-normal working liquid level alarm, the yellow light is on, and the fuel tank should be replenished at this time. The oil reaches the normal working level; if the liquid level is too low, it will alarm, the red light will be on, and the press will stop working; at this time, the oil tank must be replenished to the normal working level before the machine can start to work.
(6) Overload protection:
There is a hydraulic safety valve in the hydraulic system of the anti-theft door embossing hydraulic press to ensure that the press will not be overloaded and damaged.
(7) Photoelectric protection device:
The explosion-proof door facade/door panel embossing machine is equipped with photoelectric protection devices at the front and rear to prevent operators from entering the work area when the slider is running.
(8) Wrapped joints:
Winding joints are added between the filling valve and the filling cylinder, and between the oil return of the main cylinder and the oil tank to reduce vibration.
