8. Transfer

For the transfer of door surfaces, the transfer paper is placed on the door panel after it has been sprayed and then pushed into the transfer machine for transfer. The pattern of the transfer paper will determine the effect of the transfer.

9. Welding

Welding the door sheet and small parts inside the facade that needs to be put in early, such as the hinge fixing plates, the upper and lower sealing plates, the main lockbox.

10. Hot press machine

After the doors have been welded and formed, they are pressed in a hot press for a period of time to keep the surface of the doors flat.

How to make the door frame

1. Raw material

The door frame is made of a cold-rolled sheet and is usually 290mm ~ 340mm wide.

Spraying line

Assembly

The door frame is assembled with the hinges and the door frame is assembled with the cat’s eye, doorbell, lock body, lock cylinder, and a leather strip.
