6. Disassembly of the upper cover of the gearbox, internal parts wear, and key loosening check and oil tank cleaning, smooth oil change, and working conditions, noise, oscillation test check of power press.

7. The oil injection point of each part of the transmission system is tested and adjusted for spitting oil and pressure.

8. Piston action, brake angle, brake clearance and wear of the brake pads are tested and adjusted as necessary.

9. Slip fast guide rail and guide road clearance measurement and friction surface inspection, adjustment, and alignment if necessary.

10. Increase manual grease and pipeline of flywheel bearing, joint number check.

Maintenance and checks of power press after half year

16. Sawtooth connecting rod disassembly and differentiation, cleaning, and maintenance, check the sawtooth and connecting rod thread bite and wear, and polishing, polishing the biting surface, and apply smooth grease.

17. Slider assembly (ball seat, cover.) Overload hydraulic cylinder, worm wheel, worm gear, etc.) dismantling and differentiation, cleaning and maintenance, gap adjustment and wear surface, oil seal check, and re-application of smooth grease.

18. Disassembly and cleaning of the die cushion to check the wear surface and the smooth grease from the beginning after assembling and test run.

19. Falling material

The corresponding plate should be used according to the regulations, and the maximum reasonable use of the plate, hands away from the die opening, to be carefully operated, punching parts shall not appear notch, strain, deformation, or even product damage. If any problem is found it should be stopped and reflected by the relevant person in charge in time.

20. Stretching, cutting edge

You should stretch the punching part to different degrees according to the regulations. and keep it horizontal after entering the die, do not use the fast as the reason for tilting the punching part, and those with positioning should be positioned close to it.

21. Punching

In the execution of the punching process, You should lower the die into place, and bring the punched parts close to the positioning in accordance with the corresponding regulations, You should keep the verticality of the positive and negative sides of the punched parts consistent, and don’t let the punched out products have bad consequences such as burrs and pressure injuries. If found, please stop the machine immediately to reflect the situation to the relevant personnel.

22. Engraving.

Please coordinate the lettering and the lugs (or the barrel body), and correct the font, and moderate the depth, and keep the lettering clear. For the barrel body engraving, according to the relevant regulations, please take the exact position and angle of the lettering. When operating, please learn accurately against the corresponding positioning in accordance with the regulations. If find a discrepancy with the above, you should stop and reflecte on the relevant personnel in time.

23. Forming and folding of power press

The machine must be set up by the relevant personnel before operation. So after forming and folding, the pressed parts shall not be crushed or go out of shape. Compare with the standard punching parts at any time, and if any abnormalities are found, stop the machine and reflect the situation to the relevant person in charge.
